Returns & Exchanges

At Mechanism, we stand behind the precision of our hardware and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all electronic components. All items must be returned in their original packaging with all factory seals intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your Mechanism account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Place the device in its original manufacturer box with all included cables and manuals, then pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton with protective padding.

• 3.
  Shipping

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Our technicians will inspect the hardware for diagnostic integrity upon arrival, and once cleared, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
